Sunrise layer testnet airdrop guide

Sunrise layer is a specialized Data Availability (DA) layer designed for proof of liquidity.

Sunrise Solution: The Sunrise solution allows rollups, L2s, L3s, and other systems to offer liquidity on Sunrise instead of paying fees for using Sunrise’s DA services.

Sunrise supports an unlimited variety of tokens and features cross-chain integration, enabling users to provide liquidity with any token they choose.

Testnet Tutorial:

Step 1:

• Visit Sunrise Testnet.
• Click on “Connect Wallet.”
• Connect your Ethereum wallet. (Rabby or metamask)
• Click on “Manage Wallet.”
• Connect any Cosmos wallet of your choice. (Keplr or Leap)

Step 2: Claim Faucet & Swap

Faucet Claim:

1. On the testnet page, click on “Faucet.”
2. Click on “Send Request” to claim 10 $RISE.

Swap:

1. Go to the “Swap” section.
2. Select $RISE and choose the token you want to swap it for.
3. Click “Swap” and approve the transaction.

Note: You’ll need at least 0.001 $ETH on the Ethereum mainnet and at least one completed transaction to be able to claim the faucet.

Step 3: Add & Decrease Liquidity

Add Liquidity:

1. Go to the “Liquidity Pool” section.
2. Choose the token pair you want to provide liquidity for.
3. Enter the amount you wish to add.
4. Click “Add Liquidity” and approve the transaction.

Decrease Liquidity:

1. Navigate to the “Liquidity Pool” section.
2. Scroll down to the “Your Liquidity” section and click on “In Range.”
3. Click “Decrease Liquidity.”
4. Select the percentage you want to remove.
5. Click “Decrease Liquidity” and confirm the transaction.

Step 4: Delegate

To claim your liquidity rewards:

• Navigate to the “Liquidity Pool” section.
• Scroll down and click “Claim.”

Delegate vRISE:

• • • Go to the “Governance” section.
    • Click “Lock vRISE for Voting Power.”
    • Set the amount and delegate your vRISE. (e.g 0.000003)

Airdrop Points and Leaderboard

The Sunrise testnet operates on a point system, awarding points for each completed transaction.

• Go to the “Point Program” section to view the points you’ve accumulated so far.

Note: More transactions mean more points.
